Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice prior to the delivery date for cancellations of bouquets, arrangements or DIY orders to avoid wasting flowers.
Please contact us as soon as possible and within minimum 48 hours before the delivery date to request cancellation of your flower order.
We will make every effort to cancel flower orders if we are notified within this time frame and you will be refunded 100% within 7-14 working days.
In case the cancellation happens in less that 48 hours before delivery, we could cancel the order however we cannot guaranty the refund of the money and we will treat every situation accordingly.
The cancellation policy for events, weddings, gala dinners…. , we will refer to the terms and conditions of the event itself.
